Maratha Chicken Pulao

Ingredients required:
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • 500-750 grams Chicken
  • 1 packet Curry Ease pulao paste
  • 400 grams rice  (seeraga samba or basmati)

Method: 

  • Add 2 tablespoons of ghee to the cooker and add in the provided spices
  • Pour the CurryEase pulao paste to the cooker
  • Add 500-750 Gms of chicken mix it well,
  • Add 600 ml of hot water and add 10 min rinsed 400gms basmati rice or seeraga samba rice .
  • Let it cook for one whistle ,garnish and serve with raita, sukka or hariyali.

One packet of pulao paste serves 4 people
