Dishes that can be made using this brown, slightly dry paste: Chicken sukka roast, mutton sukka roast. 

 pour the paste into the pan saute and add 750 gms of chicken/veggies mix it well, add a glass of water, cook for 20 mins on medium flame, stir occasionally.

Tip: Garnish it with curry leaves and dry red chillies sauteed in ghee.

Tastes best with chicken, mutton, eggs, and prawns.
